Passionate Measures - Episode 2

Passionate Measures is a ten episode TV series about the South Netherlands Philharmonic. You, the viewer, get a special behind-the-scenes look at the orchestra of the Southern Netherlands. In the second episode, we have a closer look at the first rehearsals with the new chief conductor, Dmitry Liss. He refocuses and arms the orchestra to make the best of his inaugural performance. His first day at work in Maastricht also comes with important news from The Hague. It’s Prince’s Day, after all, the start of the new parliamentary year. The South Netherlands Philharmonic has written a new master plan for the funding period for the coming four years. The whole orchestra is assembled to listen to these plans for the future.
