But how would Josquin sound in the Spanish tradition, with singers doubled by wind instruments? And how would Josquin sound alongside music by his admirer Guerrero? Música Temprana consists of a capilla (singers) and ministriles altos (wind players), and juxtaposes Josquin’s Missa Hercules Dux Ferrariae with music by Morales and Guerrero.
